The Solution

The Management team of PWC selected the voltage optimising technology of Powerstar to achieve savings in electricity consumption. In January 2014, a 575kVA Powerstar system was installed at the PWC office in Limassol which will reduce the overall energy consumption on the site, hence reduce both their energy bill and CO2 emissions.

Savings & Benefits

Savings of kWh achieved: 8.1%

Maximum kWh demand saved: 34.7%

CO2 emmision reduced per annum: 66.4 Tonnes

The installation at PWC exceeded the guaranteed savings by Powerstar (7.3%) by 0.8% and had minimal disruption, proving voltage optimisation in offices is an effective and efficient energy reduction method for companies to consider.
