Powerstar provide a full concept to completion service for all clients, from the delivery of technology demonstrations & seminars to aid the clients initial information gathering process right through to full after sales service support following an installation. Our process includes:

    • Powerstar visit the client for introductory discussions and to provide details of the proposal process
    • Details of the clients sites to be evaluated are passed to Powerstar, along with relevant site information
    • Powerstar liaise with the client to discuss, arrange and book site surveys for a convenient time
    • Powerstar ensure the client is kept informed of all progress after the site survey has taken place
    • The site survey report and any other relevant information is used to generate a full Powerstar proposal
    • The proposal is presented to the client
    • All finance options are explained to the client, along with details of the 100% savings guarantee 
  4. Order Stage

    • Order received
    • Powerstar appoint a dedicated project manager, who arranges introductory discussions with the client
    • Initial materials and components are ordered for manufacture of the site specific solution
    • The Powerstar project manager attends a site meeting with the client and installation team
    • All parties go through installation responsibilities, timescales are agreed and a project plan issued
    • The site specific Powerstar solution is fully manufactured, engineered and tested at our UK facility
    • The Powerstar project manager keeps all parties informed, and ensures delivery timescales adhered to
    • The Powerstar system is prepped for despatch
  6. Installation Stage

    • The Powerstar project engineer is on site throughout to ensure seamless installation
    • The Powerstar unit is delivered to site
    • The installation team position the unit and prepare the area and cable entries on the new equipment
    • At the changeover point;
      – existing circuits are locked off and isolated
      – final connections are made
      – circuits are energised, testing and commissioning is carried out
    • After the installation, all necessary documentation is issued
